Reed McCurry Accounting/Entrepreneurship Scholarship
This scholarship was created by Cougar Alumni, Reed McCurry, (’70 Accounting). These are the edibility requirements and a link to apply:
First preference will be given to students majoring in Accounting.
Second preference will be given to students enrolled in the Entrepreneurship program.
Junior or Senior level students.
Demonstrated financial need.
Students participating in a 5th year graduate program also qualify for the award (I have been advised that since most of the accounting majors now take a 5th year using a double major, the 5th year still applies.)
Good academic standing.

Moss Adams Foundation:
Ignite Scholarship/Takeoff Program At Moss Adams, we support the great potential of dedicated students with exceptional qualifications and diverse backgrounds. We would like to invite current freshmen or sophomores interested in pursuing a degree and careerin accounting to apply for our 2023 Ignite Scholarship/TakeOff!
Established by the Moss Adams Foundation, this $2,500 scholarship will apply toward tuition or related costs for up to 30 students for the 2023-2024 academic year. Through scholarships and educational efforts, we're committed to increasing multicultural representation in the accounting profession.
Apply Here! Applications are due April 28, 2023, and we encourage candidates to submit their applications as soon as possible. Applicants will be asked to upload a copy of their unofficial transcripts and their resume. An interview will be required. Scholarship recipients will be announced in June.
*Ignite Scholarship winners will also be invited to attend the 2023 Moss Adams TakeOff! Program. OurIn-Person diversity leadership program for high-performing underrepresented students will provide educational, challenging, and entertaining sessions, with an emphasis on building personal and leadership skills to help you during your college career. Programs will be held in late July.
