President – Abigail Ofenloch

– Schedules and presides at all chapter and Executive Committee meeting
– Serve as a voting member of the chapter’s Executive Committee
– Encourage the chapter to meet its goals
– Represent the chapter at all events
– Ensures that the chapter runs smoothly
– Maintains the morale of the chapter
– Works with faculty advisor to ensure the club is meeting national standards for activity levels
– Performs other duties and delegates authority to others as needed


Vice President of Programming – Jenna Lauer

– Serve as a voting member of the chapter’s Executive Committee
– Send invitations to firms, alumni, and other potential presenters
– Arrange all of the chapter’s professional meetings, including:
– Confirming with each presenter at least 2 weeks before their scheduled presentation
– Ensure that the rooms are reserved for each meeting,
– Provide presenters with help setting up for their presentation
– Assist firms in scheduling socials as needed
– Print schedules for faculty members, officers, members
– Update calendar and advertise to members as needed
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee, President, and/or Faculty Advisor


Vice President of Reporting – Cory Mingo

– Serve as a voting member of the chapter’s Executive Committee
– Collect, report, and preserve records pertaining to the chapter meetings and service activities
– Maintain attendance and service records for reporting to BAP Nationals
– Maintain minutes of Executive Committee meetings
– Collect membership information
– Complete BAP reports for beginning of school, end of Fall semester, and end of school year as needed
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee, President, and/or Faculty Advisor


VP of Finance – Allison Lowe

– Serve as a voting member of the Chapter’s Executive Committee
– Ensure payment of all chapter expenses
– Work with WSU to ensure proper reporting and use of chapter funds
– Reconciles bank statements
– Prepare and submit year-end financial statements before end of Spring semester
– Keep track of membership dues and sends notifications to encourage members to pay in a timely manner
– Prepare budget for annual expenses
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee, President, and/or Faculty Advisor


Vice President of Community Service – Alexander Stuart

– Serve as a voting member of the Chapter’s Executive Committee
– Coordinate and arrange all of the chapter’s service events, ensuring sufficient opportunities for all members to meet their service requirements
– Act as the chapter’s representative at service events
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee, President, and/or Faculty Advisor


Vice President of Mentorship – Sarah Read

– Serve as a voting member of the Chapter’s Executive Committee
– Evaluate opportunities for the chapter to encourage mentorship opportunities between students and alumni and between older and younger students
– Request support from professional firms and alumni as appropriate
– Arrange mentoring events and activities
– Ensure the our mentoring program is consistent with the requirements of the Carson College
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee, President, and/or Faculty Advisor

– Serve as a voting member of the Chapter’s Executive Committee
– Assist the President in planning the initiation ceremony each semester
– Coordinate all chapter recruiting events, especially those required by the Carson College
